Electronic mailing list subscribers are individuals that get mass emails, including weekly and/or monthly newsletters. Based on the program that is used to manage a given mailing list, they may have signed up personally, giving their categorical approval to be part of the mailing list, or they may have been included manually. The latter means that they will de facto get unsolicited email messages. Basically, mailing list members can be managed by the mailing list administrator who can authorize or delete them, or they can unsubscribe manually if they don’t want to receive email messages in the future. All members will invariably receive one and the same message as long as they are part of one and the same mailing list, but a single subscriber will never be able to view the rest of the mailing list subscribers in the "To" field of the email message.
Mailing List Members in Cloud Hosting
In case you’ve got a Linux cloud hosting
on our leading-edge cloud platform, you’ll be able to set up electronic mailing lists and to administer their members easily. We use a powerful application called Majordomo, which comes with a multitude of features and it’s not a surprise that it is one of the most popular mailing list client applications available on the marketplace. Including or deleting a subscriber is unbelievably easy – you’ll simply need to send an email with a certain command in the message body to email@example.com, which means that you won’t even need to log in to the Hepsia Control Panel. In the same way, you can also view all current members of any mailing list that you configure. If you bump into any problems, you can read the educational articles that we have included in the Email Manager section of the hosting Control Panel or you can contact our client care staff, which is available around the clock.
