E-mail Forwarding
What's e-mail forwarding? How exactly does it work? In what circumstances is it particularly useful?
The term email forwarding describes a message being forwarded from a receiving address towards a third-party address that is not mentioned as a receiver. For instance, a customer sends out an e-mail from their private mailbox to support@domain.com and as much as they're concerned, this is actually the only receiver. When there is an active forwarding, the email could be sent to owner@domain.com, for instance, although the customer in no way intended the email to be sent there and might not be aware about the existence of this mailbox. There are various reasons for applying such forwarding. For instance, if you've several emails you're able to forward all of them to a one email address, which can make checking e-mails less difficult and allows you to receive e-mails and respond quickly. The function may also be used in case a number of people should get a copy of an electronic message delivered to a general email address.

E-mail Forwarding in Cloud Hosting
The Hepsia Control Panel, that comes with all of our
cloud hosting plans, will let you forward any e-mail inside the account to a different one effortlessly. This can be done either during the creation of a brand new mailbox or any time later in case you choose that you need this feature. During the process, you are able to decide if you need a duplicate of the emails to be maintained on the server. In this way, you will have a backup and you will prevent the possibility to lose an e-mail message if the forwarding is to an exterior address, that's momentarily inaccessible. This feature can be enabled and deactivated whenever you want, but if you use email messages for crucial matters, it is better to use it, as no data of the emails will be kept on the server if the option is not active. If you decide that you don't need forwarding any longer, it takes just a mouse click to deactivate it.
